Direct Booking Request
Senders select a traveler and send a direct carrying request.
Senders click 'Request Now' on a carrier trip. This pre-populates and locks the consignment route, sending a direct carrying request to the traveler with item details.
Agreements & Escrow
Traveler reviews terms, accepts agreements, and payment is held.
Carriers accept requests by completing mandatory agreements (inspection rules, duty/tax coordination). This opens a secure 24-hr escrow payment window for the sender.
Handoff Proof & Payout
The carrier uploads intake/delivery proof to release payout.
Carriers record status updates and upload handoff photos. Senders track them in real-time, and confirm receipt at final drop-off to securely release escrow funds.
